The conditions will be put in place to secure working environment of both physical and psychosocial, which develops and stimulates the working mentality of our workers to work. Reasonable consideration will be given to the individual’s circumstances both professional and social. Staff will be given the opportunity for professional development, with special consideration given to updating skills in order to meet future requirements of authorities and customers.

The management is responsible for providing the right working conditions, whilst a member of staff is responsible for the work being carried out in accordance with agreements and current guidelines. Positive relations with employees are a matter of priority and should be seen as a tool to achieve the goal of New Line Steel Engineering. In order to do that the company may maintain a positive work environment for all its employees is required not to engage in or permit any fellow employee to engage in any racial, cultural or other harassment of or unlawful discrimination against any person in the course of his/her employment by the company. All members of staff will have a job description, either personal or relating to their position, clarifying the main tasks,responsibilities, authority, reporting and cooperational circumstances.

Safety factors

It is the policy of New Line Steel Engineering to develop a positive health and safety culture throughout the organization because we believe that higher health and safety standard is prerequisite in the pursuit of company efficiency and competitiveness. Employees are reminded that they have a duty to ensure that the company’s health and safety policy is observed and in particular they are required.

All the level of management and all supervisors are responsible for carrying out those heat and safety duties placed on them. Development of the health and safety management policy will be conducted through the normal business meetings where health and safety will be given equal to other activities of the business. The company has appointed a quality and safety manager to assist the company directors to implement this policy. The quality and safety manager’s role is to provide independent and authoritative advice to managers with individual responsibilities for health and safety.

Environment

New Line Steel Engineering environmental policy applies to all of its direct operations and to services delivered by associate organizations. We recognize that good safety, health and environment management and performance contribute the success of the enterprise and our policy is to develop and implement environment awareness and responsibility in our own staff and suppliers in normal implementation of projects and in facilities management. The fundamental accountability for this safety health and environmental policy rests with the general manager.
